THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN THE CITY**** The best Italian in the city without a doubt, a place with great flavor, its pastas are incredible, we tried the Pink Sauce, 4 cheeses, Bolognese, Pomodoro The SPECTACULAR gnocchi and the very delicious pasta, the starter the Fried squid are for a Michelin Star. The pizza is simply perfect. But the winner without a doubt, the Dessert, the Apple pie with ice cream, deserves 2 Michelin stars, 1 for the Ice Cream and another for the pie, which is an I hope you have thin slices of apple with cinnamon and topped with caramelized walnuts!!!! OUT OF THIS WORLD! The service, apart from being excellent and everyone very friendly, is one of the fastest kitchen services I have ever seen, very fast, the food comes out at the right temperature with the Ideal portion. A great experience from start to finish

It was a lovely experience. From the atmosphere, the decoration and its music you already feel very comfortable. The service was very friendly, personalized and comprehensive, we had recommendations on the best dishes in the restaurant. Thank you Jose Luis for such excellent options that you gave us. The service was very fast and the flavor of the dishes was exquisite. Here you have the opportunity to try and experience different combinations and flavors, if that is what you are looking for, this is the place. The stay is quite enjoyable. I recommend it!!

•If you're looking for an Italian restaurant, Uliveto Trattoria is a solid choice. •Their appetizers were good, all three of which we ordered (pizza, eggplant, and calamari). •The main courses aren't spectacular. I ordered pasta with chicken, and it was very light, but the flavor was good. I ordered the "fusili pana." •Personally, I didn't like the tiramisu. It has a thinner consistency than I like and tastes like wine. The only redeeming feature is that they used vanilla extract. Restaurants have the right to create new offerings based on "traditional" recipes; this time, I didn't like it. It's a matter of taste... •Service: I have no complaints. •The location isn't bad; parking is on the street. There isn't much traffic in the area (something that's rare during the holiday season).

The food is very delicious, the pizza is delicious, live music Thursdays. It has a nice terrace with a very picturesque fountain. A very good place to have dinner, spend time with your partner, since it has a romantic charm.
